Fill out the form below to enter this years Use It & Lose It Challenge. Three couples will be selected from all entries to compete in the 12 week fitness/weight loss challenge from First in Fitness and Froggy 100.9. Entry deadline is midnight Wednesday, February 1, 2012. The 3 finalist couples will be announced on Monday, February 6th at 7:15am on Froggy 100.9.  The 12 week program will start on February 8th and end May 3rd.

Contest Rules: All entries must be from a couple married, engaged or living together (for 2 months).

Contest entry form information will be kept confidential and is for the selection committee of Froggy 100.9 and First in Fitness. If you are selected for the Use It & Lose It Challege then some persoal information including weight lost will be mentioned on Froggy 100.9
